In conjunction with the City of Seattle’s Multifamily Tax Exemption Program (MFTE), Bridges @ 11th is able to offer 42 of these exceptional apartments at reduced rates. University of Washington and Seattle Children's Hospital employees whose household earnings meet the City of Seattle’s set income limits are eligible for these apartments.
