ACC Acquisition Criteria
We are currently interested in communities that serve universities with enrollments of at least 15,000 students. In addition, when considering any project or transaction, we look for:
- Locations in close proximity to the university served (pedestrian or biking distance to university)
- Product differentiation for competitive advantage (garden-style, townhomes, mid- and high-rise, mixed use)
- Will consider communities of any age or architectural style

Nobody has developed more student housing than we have. We partner with landowners and other developers in joint-venture student housing projects.
